Documents
Documents provided with an order
The paperwork that travels with a Kaldrey order: quote, specification, sample record, inspection reports, and the shipping set.
Each order produces a document set. Keep it with the order file; the set is what your customs broker, your insurer, and your own customers' questions will refer back to.
Before production
- Written specification sheet, one per SKU, with pending fields marked.
- Written quote with MOQ, lead time, unit price, validity, and payment terms.
- Approved sample record: photographs, measurements, and the approval note.
At shipment
- Commercial invoice with product description, quantities, values, and origin statement.
- Packing list with carton counts and marks.
- Transport document for the agreed mode.
- Test status for the SKU, and certificate documents where they exist. Certificate numbers are not published on this site; they travel with the order.
What we do not provide
The desk does not issue legal opinions or compliance rulings for a destination market. Regulatory routes and marks are confirmed per market with the testing laboratory before an order, and the paperwork reflects that confirmation.
