Product scope

Every product on this site is a receive-only radar detector for private passenger vehicles. Some units also receive laser signals. Units that transmit, or that interfere with any signal, are outside the scope of this site entirely. Commercial vehicles are outside the intended use, and listings should say so plainly.

Rules

Radar detector rules differ by region and locality. Some jurisdictions restrict use, some restrict sale, and some restrict both. Rules also differ for larger vehicles. Buyers and resellers are responsible for checking the rules where they sell and where their customers drive. The desk requests a ship-to location with every quote so that known restrictions can be checked before an order is confirmed.

Ordering

Quotes are written per SKU against a specification sheet. Minimum order quantity, lead time, unit price, and payment terms stay pending until that confirmation. Samples are quoted separately and made to the specification, not taken from a shelf. The RFQ checklist lists what to include in a first message.

Specifications

Every value on this site is pending per SKU: band lists, display, mounting, power, GPS features, and update method. Nothing is final until the supplier confirms it in writing. Certificate and test report numbers are not published on the site; they travel with the order documents.

After sales

Warranty period, return authorization, and replacement terms are set in the order terms. Ask for them in writing with the quote. Sellers who also resell should write their own customer-facing policy from the supplier terms, not from a template.
